Twitter
I sometimes tweet links to interesting Hertha content and postings on my blog from the @FussballMusings account. Follow that if you want to pick up on new content added to this blog.
My YouTube Channel
Here is my YouTube channel. It's really filled with all sorts of random films, mostly about Berlin but not all of it.

A somewhat random collection of clips including a collection of clips showing the superb fans in the Ostkurve in full flow. Check it out . . . .
My Instagram Account
I only created my Instagram account in July 2013 but I've had a bit of fun with it. I particularly liked the video clip function which I intend to use when the 2013/14 series at the Olympiastadion. My only worry is the amount of data it might use on my iPhone - I only have PAYG in Germany!

Econet on EyeEm
EyeEm.com is a Berlin based company that allows easy sharing of mobile photos that can be tagged by subject and locality. You can share the photos directly from the EyeEm app to Flickr, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr and Foursqare. I like the iPhone app. It is easy to use and has a small selection of filters and frames that can be applied to your shots. Check out my iPhone 4S shots here (they are just random shots and not Hertha specific) -

Hertha Fan March May 2017
Hertha fans march towards the Olympiastadion on the last match of the 2016/17 season before the 125th anniversary celebrations to be held later in July. The match was pretty rubbish but the fan march was great - check it out below . .

Well, Chelsea won the 2012 Chanpions League in Munich against a Bayern team who have just achieved a unenviable treble. The match was a tight one with with Bayern just not putting away thier chances. If they had put a quarter of them in the net Chelsea wouldn't have stood a chance.
The following day we went up to the Bridge to watch the victory parade - a great atomosphere. One day Hertha . . . |

The Berlin Fanmeile - Euro 2012On Sunday the 17th Germany played Denmark in the final group stage match in the "Group of Death" - Group B
We went to watch the match down by the Brandenburg Gate on the big screens that were set up in the Fan Zone Berlin with the Fanmeile running behind. The atmosphere was fantastic. Really good natured with a massive range of: shirts, hats, wigs, face-paints, garlands, glasses and everything else you can think of . . .as long as it was Black, Red and Gold!! Germany took the lead through Podolski but Denmark drew level within 10 minutes. In the second half Lars Bender scored the winner! Germany win 2:1 and move on to the quarter finals against Greece. |
